Frequently asked questions
Do you coach women only?
I serve women and anyone who identifies with core characteristics of women regarding body, health and lived experience because my coaching practice involves me relating to my clients through my lived experience as a woman.
If you were AFAB (assigned female at birth), are non-binary, trans or femme-presenting, Carecrows may still be the perfect fit for you! To find out, please reach out to me here.
What is coaching?
Coaching is having someone be beside you through the rough times, and them cheering you on when you're soaring. That someone will gently hold up a mirror to show you any blindspots, and they'll share how they had breakthroughs with the same issues you have.
Using their extensive experience, a coach provides invitations to take actionable steps they feel will work for you.
I as a coach stand for you and your desires, even if it feels no one else in your life does.
Do you coach women who are not ill?
Absolutely.
I'm here for every woman regardless of her present health status.
Illness takes many forms, and it comes and goes. To coach you, I do not assess nor determine whether you are ill, or how ill you are. I trust you are personally drawn to Carecrows for a reason.
How do you coach?
I predominantly coach online although I offer coaching in person when practical, namely for half or full days at an organisation or company's site. The benefit of coaching online is that we can be anywhere in the world, wherever we feel most comfortable, and I can support you come rain, pain or pyjamas.
I offer private (1:1) and group (1:8 max.) coaching.
What type of coaching do you offer?
I have trained as a Relationship Coach, under the mentorship of Laura Doyle. Using her proven methodologies, I support women with their relationships using The Six Intimacy Skills™.
This could be relationships with people at home, work and beyond. As women, we also have lifelong relationships with ourselves and our bodies - these can be the hardest to live with when we're facing a health challenge of any kind.
The relationship you desire support for might be with yourself, your loves ones, what you consume, your environment, the workplace or the healthcare system.
You get to choose your relationships, and I stand for the relationships that matter to you.
