What is The Crow's Nest?
An intimate group of 6 women and a Certified Coach (Shivani from Carecrows), all living with a health condition, who meet for 4 consecutive weeks.
Tuesdays 8pm from 28 April to 19 May 2026.
Online on Zoom, for max. 75 minutes per call.
Each woman gets to participate at the beginning and end if she wishes, and one lucky woman each week gets to receive coaching for one challenge.
A powerful, safe and compassionate place, where each woman can relate to another because she has similar lived experience.

The Crow's Nest - Terms and Conditions
Your place is secured when full payment of £220 (
£304) is received via bank transfer by Shivani (Carecrows). An invoice with bank details will be sent directly to the email address submitted in the registration form.No refund will be issued unless Carecrows cannot deliver more than 2 The Crow's Nest sessions or if Carecrows does not reach the desired quota for this opportunity.
For the safety and respect of all the women who attend, and Carecrows personnel involved in The Crow's Nest calls, no recording is permitted. This includes any use of AI tools, voice transcription, audio devices, or having extra people listening in on the call. Furthermore, no sharing of personal information or content from any call is permitted. Confidentiality is paramount.
Any Zoom links you receive for The Crow's Nest calls are for you only and not to be shared with others.
Any breach of safety or respect may result in termination of your participation in The Crow's Nest and further activities offered by Carecrows.
